1) Discovery Meeting
- Introduce South Oak and share company values
- Understand client’s needs and vision
- Provide a community tour and present the South Oak Sales Folder
2) Lot and Floorplan Selection
- Select the desired lot
- Choose the floorplan that best fits the client’s needs
- Finalize the elevation style
3) Selection Meeting
- Make exterior selections (materials, finishes, etc.)
- Make interior selections (fixtures, flooring, etc.)
4) Onsite Meetings
- Kick-off meeting at groundbreaking
- Meet at framing stage to review progress and mechanicals
5) Quality Home Delivered
- Conduct punchlist and final walk-through with the client
- Provide homeowner orientation to explain systems and care
6) Homeowner Warranty
- Offer a 1-year builder’s warranty
- Follow up at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year for warranty service
